Refund Policy

1. General Digital Policy Scope

By purchasing any service package, downloading digital blueprints (such as The 2026 Playbook), or entering into a retainer contract with Jannat Digital (Jannat Funnels), you explicitly agree to the terms outlined within this Refund Policy.

Due to the immediate allocation of manual labor resources, copywriting workshops, and bespoke digital asset rendering, all payments made to the Company are non-refundable unless explicitly stated under the conditions below.

2. Fixed-Scope & Single Deliverable Services

Our single asset services include LinkedIn Banners, Profile Write-Ups, Feature Thumbnail designs, and custom standalone landing configurations.

• Upfront Project Work: Once drafting begins following your intake questionnaire submission, refunds cannot be issued. This covers the manual design and copywriting hours dedicated to establishing your structural brand layout.
• Revision Safeguards: To ensure complete satisfaction with your final asset, each fixed-scope package includes up to 2 comprehensive rounds of revisions. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of initial draft delivery.
• Cancellation Prior to Work: If you request a project cancellation before our team has initiated strategic analysis, template design, or copywriting development, a refund may be granted minus a 15% administrative payment-processing fee.

3. High-Ticket Sales Funnel Architecture

Our custom Sales Funnel design setups (built within platforms like Systeme.io or ClickFunnels) involve deep software integrations, backend email automations, and custom copywriting builds.

• Phase-Based Development: Sales Funnel projects are executed across clear milestones (Strategy/Copywriting phase and Visual Design/Tech Build phase). Once a milestone phase is reviewed and signed off by the Client, the portion of funds allocated to that milestone becomes completely non-refundable.
• Technical Operations: The Company ensures all functional links, order bumps, tracking pixels, and form workflows operate perfectly within your staging layout upon handover. We are not liable for subsequent service breakdowns caused by user-end alterations or third-party platform host updates.

4. Monthly 360° Account Management Retainers

Our premium ongoing services, including long-term LinkedIn Ghostwriting lines, daily profile engagement loops, and DM triage management, run on a strict 30-day recurring cycle.

• Advanced Resource Commitments: Retainer positions are strictly capped each month to maintain high-quality delivery. When you secure a slot, specialized calendar bandwidth is permanently blocked out for your personal brand. For this reason, active monthly retainer cycles are non-refundable.
• Retainer Cancellation: You can cancel your monthly subscription model at any time. To prevent subsequent auto-billing cycles, your cancellation notice must be submitted via email or direct portal communication at least 7 days before your next invoice generation date.

5. Instant Digital Download Resources

All downloadable materials, strategic execution guides, layout resource blueprints, or playbooks delivered instantly to your inbox upon form completion are considered consumed upon distribution. Due to the reproducible nature of digital files, these items are completely non-refundable and exempt from any refund requests.
