3. Service Packages, Fees, and Payment Frameworks

By engaging with the Company for service provision, you acknowledge and agree to the following financial and execution structures:

• Fixed-Scope Deliverables: One-time setup assets (e.g., Profile Write-Ups, Funnel Setup, Banner Designs) require full payment upfront or adherence to specific modular package configurations before drafting begins. Revisions are strictly limited to the number of rounds (typically 2 rounds) specified on the respective landing service tier.
• Monthly Retainer Models: Premium 360° Account Management and ongoing ghostwriting lines function on a recurring monthly retainer model. Fees are billed in advance every 30 days. To maintain calendar slot continuity, client story assets must be provided during scheduled Monthly Voice Workshops.
• Third-Party Application Fees: Custom configurations and automations may require auxiliary software subscriptions (such as outreach proxies or Systeme.io platform tiers). These external costs are the sole operational responsibility of the Client unless explicitly written into a custom unified billing contract.

4. Intellectual Property, Account Security & Credentials

We respect your professional privacy and protect creative assets strictly under the following criteria:

Password Custody: For core design and copywriting deliveries, the Company provides comprehensive step-by-step video upload protocols to eliminate the need for sharing platform passwords. If automation setup requires direct administrative integration, access configurations are handled inside secure staging layouts.

Asset Ownership: Upon receipt of full contract settlement, all custom visual branding assets, personalized copy structures, and landing page layouts built for Your company become Your exclusive property. The Company retains the right to show anonymized visual metrics or public testimonials as strategic case studies.

5. Links to Other Websites & Affiliate Disclosures

Our Service contains links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.

Our resources vault features handpicked operational tool recommendations (including Systeme.io, Hostinger, Snov.io, AWeber, GetResponse, and ClickFunnels). 6. Limitation of Liability & Platform Shifts

Our systems (including outreach automation configurations) include integrated safeguards, such as built-in location-based proxies and strict SSI warm-up caps, to preserve account visibility. However, final adherence to host network guidelines remains an inherent platform variable managed at the User's own discretion.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company directly.

8. Termination and Contract Cancellation

For ongoing monthly subscription models, cancellation intentions must be submitted via written notification in accordance with your explicit retainer timeline parameters to avoid automatic subsequent cycle generation.

If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
